Processing & Handling

Although we try our best to handle most orders on the same day, following receiving your purchase confirmation email, orders are typically processed in 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an additional email notification on the shipment of your order.

 

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer free standard international shipping on all orders from our suppliers to the following countries and regions: the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and others worldwide. Although import and customs delays to certain locations might cause shipment timetables to exceed this window, shipping usually takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the product and location.

 

International Orders:

Your order may be subject to import fees and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed after the package arrives in your destination country. Gal Trends is not liable for these charges if they are imposed and are your obligation as a client. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
